Upon arrival, you’ll check into your charming seaside accommodations at Covo dei Saraceni after 3:00pm and settle into your room, where Mediterranean views and coastal breezes await. In the afternoon, we will stroll over to Piazza Centrale to wander through the quiet lanes of Ravello. After sunset, we return to Positano where you’ll have time to freshen up and then enjoy dinner in town.

Enjoy an Italian Cooking Class

At the vineyard, we’ll enjoy a hands-on cooking class, a lunch of local specialties—grilled vegetables, handmade pasta, and regionally produced wines grown in the rich volcanic soil. Check into Hotel & Explore Sorrento’s Historic Center

Early Breakfast at the Hotel
Ease into the day with a relaxed breakfast overlooking the sea. Enjoy fresh fruit, flaky pastries, and cappuccinos as the coastal light slowly warms the hillsides. We will depart by 8:45am for the pier. 

Boarding Our Private Boat to Capri
We’ll make our way to the marina where our private boat awaits. Step aboard and settle in as we set sail, gliding past Positano’s pastel cliffs and secret grottos.

Boarding time is at 9:00am.

Cruising the Amalfi Coast - Swim & Explore Hidden Coves
As we cruise southward, take in the cinematic beauty of soaring cliffs, lemon-scented villages, and cerulean waters. There will be stops to swim in secluded bays, dive into crystal-clear waters for a rejuvenating swim, grab a snorkel and explore beneath the surface, or  lounge on deck and toast with prosecco as the coastline unfurls in all its glory. Our skipper will guide us to hidden corners of the coast—places you can only reach by sea. Plan on a visit to the Blue Grotto if the tides are right. 

AFTERNOON

Arrive in Capri & Lunch in Monte Solaro
Arrive in Capri and stroll charming cobblestone streets lined with designer boutiques, artisan sandals shops, and fragrant local perfumes. We'll enjoy lunch with breathtaking views from the top - all the way to Monte Solaro for the most fabulous views for miles and miles — while overlooking the Bay of Piccola and Faraglioni Rocks. Cap it off with a refreshing granita or gelato before descending back to the marina. 

Golden Hour Sail Back to Port
As the sun begins to dip, we depart from the marina at 5:00pm and cruise back toward Sorrento. The cliffs glow amber, the water shimmers, and the wind carries the salty-sweet scent of the sea. This golden sail is the kind of memory that lingers for a lifetime.

Dinner in Sorrento
After our return from Capri, we will go to the hotel to freshen up and get ready. Then we will go to town and head to dinner to enjoy some delicious local cuisine.

Early Breakfast at the Hotel

We’ll board a ferry boat and cruise across the glittering Gulf of Naples. As we approach Ischia, you’ll notice her emerald hills and whitewashed villages nestled between cliffs and coves. The sea breeze is soft, the anticipation high.

Arrival at Giardini Poseidon Terme
We arrive at one of Europe’s most iconic thermal spas—Giardini Poseidon Terme, a garden of wellness perched above the sea. This haven features over 20 thermal pools of varying temperatures, natural steam grottos, and cliffside sun decks surrounded by flowers and palms. Let go. Melt. Float. Heal.
